Ofcourse you can slam a few $100 on a performace intake and exhaust, tuner chip, and headers, but lets focus on real low price. First I want to let you in on the spark plug trick. Facing the opened space of your spark plugs toward the intake end of the manifold. Just make a mark on the plug and rotate it enough to where it will stop and be pointing toward the intake. Your car’s coolant comes into play because the colder the engine the more power you can create so make sure to run more water than coolant during the warmer seasons. Another way to make your engine more efficient is by insulating your air intake or cold air intake with any type of a foam insulator. Cool fuel also means more power so insulating your fuel lines the same way will increase your power output. Lastly it’s a smart choice to spend an extra $2 and switch to synthetic oil treatment because it lowers the amount of friction and increases efficiency in your motor. With all this said and done you’ll gain some horses and your ride will be a little bit better.
